JCI Bandora Marcaim organized self-defense sessions for their student female students. Advocate Ms Alfiya from Mission Nirbhaya and certified Taekwondo teacher, was invited. The girls were enthused with the idea and were eager to learn how to protect themselves in a hostile situation. But how could they defend themselves?
